Guidelines designed to ensure a peaceful, safe, and enjoyable environment for all residents.
Be respectful of all other tenants. No guests allowed in tenant's rooms. No parties or excessive noise at any time. Harassment in any form will not be tolerated.
Only the supplied mattresses, beds, and furniture are permitted. Rooms are to be kept clean and tidy. No private furniture without written approval from management.
Security cameras are in all communal spaces. External doors must be closed at all times. The fire escape is for emergencies only.
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Smoking/vaping not permitted inside. Excessive drinking is not allowed. Tampering with safety features may result in eviction.
Keep all communal areas tidy. No unattended cooking in kitchens. No sleeping in communal areas. Store personal property in your room or designated areas.
Tenant vehicles must be registered with management. Non-tenant vehicles must be offsite by 8:00 PM. Park properly to not block gates or other vehicles.
